House Bill 2662: Agenda Requirements for Association Meetings

House Bill 2662 proposes amendments to A.R.S. §33-1248 and A.R.S. §33-1804, mandating that associations provide an agenda for both member and board meetings in advance. The delivery methods for these agendas can include hand-delivery, mail, website postings, email, or other forms of visible posting. Additionally, the agenda must be included with the notice of the meeting.

For meetings involving members, the agenda must be distributed no fewer than 10 days and no more than 50 days before the scheduled meeting. For board meetings, the agenda must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. It should be noted that a member's failure to receive the agenda does not impact the legitimacy of the meeting.
